Pismo Beach - Day 3...Last Day

Today was a fun but exhausting day. We packed a lot of stuff into this day. First we headed down to the beach to meet Danny and Danny. They went out kayaking and met us. They brought us 2 starfish to check out. We love seeing the starfish. Then we hung out for a little while. Then the boys decided it would be fun to surf the waves in the kayak through a cave. YES, they are crazy! The video of Danny falling in and making it is above. They are fun to watch!

Then we left and went to HotLix in Pismo. Deanna had to buy the kids a sucker with a scorpion in it. It made for great show and tell in Isabella classroom last Friday. They also had worms and chocolate covered and flavored crickets. So disgusting but the kids had to check them out!

We then headed back to Deanna's to eat and then the girls did a little shopping and then we packed up and headed to Avila. (If Chacos would have been open I would have ate there.)

We went on a bike ride for about an hour to Avila beach and back. It was so fun. I just love that bike trail. After we biked we headed back home. We got on the road at about 7pm. We have to use every minute we can when we are in Pismo.

This was a great trip. I love all the memories that we make with Deanna and Danny! We love having out with them.

Thanks Deanna and Danny for such an amazing weekend. You two are the best! =)

I am excited for our family reunion near Pismo. I am going to try and convince Troy to take us to Chacos. You make it sound really good. I also think it would be fun to go to Hotlix. Sounds like you had a very fun weekend.
