Heelarious...

I just accidently ran across this website today and I think that this is so adorable.  They are high heels for a baby girl.  How cute is that!  =)  If you have any free time check it out:

Our little fishy...

So, Isabella loves the water.  That was quite obvious today when her 30 minute swim lesson turned into an hour and I had to make her stop because I had a photo shoot to go to.  She loved it.  It also helped that Katherine was so kid friendly.  Isabella loved her. (Mommy did too!)  Isabella learned so many things!

Now your probably asking your self, why don't I see Chase in any of the pictures.  That's because he wanted nothing to do with it.  He wanted to swim, but on his own. I was totally okay with that.  I'm sure he just needs to warm up to Katherine.  In time he will be a pro swimmer just like Isabella. =)

Still sick..

Well, Isabella starts to get better and then wham! she throws up again.  She did it again today.  I'm not sure what is going on but tomorrow we call the doctor if she doesn't get any better.  There are four reasons I'm holding off...1. she begs me not to and then says she's getting better (poor thing!) 2. I do not want to be one of those parents that go to the doctor for every little stupid thing.  I hate it when people do that and are over paranoid.  I got a flier from the doctor on my last check up with the kids and it tells reasons to go to the doctor and she hasn't fulfilled one of them yet.   She barely misses the time frames or temperatures.  3. I know when I go they are going to tell me, "She has the stomach flu." 4.  Every time I get ready to call them she seems to get better and then gets worse again.  I'm very frustrated and just wish the poor thing will get better.

Sick again..

Poor Isabella is sick again.  After getting over a 4 day stomach flu at the beginning of June, she now has something again.  After her nap yesterday she threw up twice and then has had a temperature of 102 degrees since.  Her temp got so bad yesterday that her heart started racing.  I thought it was going to pump out of her chest.  I finally gave her some medicine and it went down.  She has been on medicine ever since.

She was so upset because we missed a family BBQ yesterday that she was so excited to go to.  We ended up sending Chase and Danny so that she could rest better.

Keep her in your prayers!  =)

Swimming...

After the baby shower we went and took a dip in the Booher/Brown pool.  It felt so good because it was so hot.

While we were at the shower Chase learned how to swim with his life jacket on and keep his head up all by himself.  He also was jumping off the diving board all by himself.  I got my camera out too late and he wouldn't jump anymore. (he knew Mommy wanted a picture.)  I'm excited to see what he can do once he starts his swimming lessons next week. (Chase loves to flex his muscles as you can see in the picture above.)

Isabella had lessons on how to wakeboard.  Danny brought her wakeboard and was teaching her how to get up in the swimming pool.  She kept wanting to do it again and again and again.  She loved it.  She finally did get up on the wakeboard!  She can't wait to try it behind the boat.  I'm just glad she is getting some practice time before behind the boat.  Isabella also did a flip off the diving board.  She is crazy and fearless!  =)

Brittany (Dylan's) Shower...

On Saturday Isabella and I went to Brittany's shower.  It was so cute.  They had every detail imaginable!  My favorite was the honey jars.  Too cute!  =)

Isabella and Serenity had a great time together!  Isabella is always excited to see her.

The boat...

We went out on our boat for the first time this year on Thursday.  It was so much fun and so relaxing.  =)  Isabella can't wait to get out there and wakeboard this year.  She is a crazy girl with no fear!

Father's Day..

I didn't know that Father's Day would be such a hard day for me but it really was.  I just wanted to call my Dad and tell him Happy Father's Day.  I reminded Danny of how lucky he is to be able to spend Father's Day with his Dad still.  I think that he knows how lucky he is.  We both miss my Dad tons.  It is really hard for me to honor other Dad's in my life when I'm not able to honor mine.

If I could sum up my Dad in one word it would be giving.  My Dad was the most giving person I have ever met.  I honestly don't ever think I will meet someone who gives more than my Dad.  Anyone who knew him know that about him.  He would sacrifice anything for himself to give to others.  I am so thankful to have had that example in my life.  I try to exemplify that in my life but I don't even come close to my Dad.  My dad was also hard working.  He had a great work ethic.

My father-in-law is spiritual and hard working.  Whenever I have a question about religion he is the first person I call.  He knows the doctrine of our gospel so well.  I just love spending time with him in the celestial room and just pick his brain.   He is also one of the hardest workers I have ever seen.

Danny, is also another father in my life.  The father of my children.  What an important role he plays.  The one word that I would pick to describe Danny is loving.  He has the biggest heart and loves so much.  This is what made me fall in love with him.  Danny also has a quirky side of him that I love and the kids love.  Unfortunately, everyone doesn't get to see this side of him but if you do it is hilarious!  =)

I am so thankful to have been blessed to have these three great fathers in my life.

Friday the 13th date...

Ok, the company was awesome!  The food was good and the movie was disappointing.  It was a good movie but ended weird.  I was so hoping for a better ending.  Also, you could see the microphones at the top of the screen.  It was so distracting and took away from the movie.  I can't believe that they didn't see it and edit it out.  It was SO obvious.

Over all it was a great night out with friends!!  =)

It's Friday the 13th..

What a perfect day to go see M. Night Shyamalan's The Happening, which is exactly what we are gong to do.  I am so excited because Danny and I are going out on a date with Wendy & Mike.  We are going to dinner and going to see The Happening!  =)  What a perfect way to spend Friday the 13th.  =)

It's a girl...

We have a new baby in our house this is "Isabella" (that's what Isabella calls it).  Mommy calls her Tiger.  Isn't she just adorable.  This is one of the babies that made it.  She is a cutie.  She LOVES to play.  I went to the pet store today got her some milk, food, and toys.  She seemed so bored.  I bought her a mouse with a long tail and then a bell on the end of the tail.  She has been playing with it for hours.  TOO CUTE!  She's a happy baby!  =)

****We have a new name for our kitty.  It is so cute.  Between us all we have decided to name her pinky.  =)

Dilrat...

This is a video of our nephew, Dylan, aka Dilrat.  (That's what we call him!)  The boys went wakeboarding on Monday and while Dylan was surfing this is what Danny did.  It is hilarious!!  =)

A sad day....

Well, this is Caddy.  That is what Isabella called her.  She was one of the baby kittens that we found in our yard.  Both of them were a mess.  We found them about a week and a half ago.  We cleaned them up because they were infested with fleas.  Then we bought some antibiotics for their eyes because they were a mess too.  As you can see in the picture her eye still wasn't 100%.  This picture was taken last night.  Isabella wanted to take some pictures with her, thank goodness because she was dead when we found her this morning.  I'm think that she was just too sick and didn't get better.  She wouldn't eat last night either.  But, as you can see she seemed healthy to us.  She was a sweetheart.  She loved to cuddle and every time we cleaned her eyes or did anything to her she just sat there and let us do it.  We fell in love with her, especially Isabella who was devastated this morning.   I just had to share about our wonderful kitten who is in "kitty heaven" with Jesus as Isabella says.

My Daddy

When I was in Bakersfield last week I was able to make it to my Dad's grave to see his head stone that was finally put in.  Here is the finished product.  It is a little dirty because of how it is lower than the grass.  Next time I'm in Bakersfield I'm going to dig a little trench around it so that all the dirt doesn't roll across it.  I am very happy with how it turned out.

I love and miss him more and more everyday.  The other day I thought I heard his voice and then I was thinking that I can't even remember how it really sounded.  That made me pretty sad.  I need to get out some old home videos and refresh my memory.

Last day of pre-school

So my baby girl is growing up into a big girl.  I can not believe that we are done with pre-school and will be moving on to Kindergarten this year.  (Isabella starts kindergarten on July 28th!)  She has grown up so fast.  Whenever I go to a photo shoot of a newborn baby I always think back to when I first had Isabella.  I loved those times!  I am also excited about the times to come.

Her last day of preschool was better than I could have imagined.  They did the cutest things.  She has so much fun with all her friends. (Natalie, Makayla, Kayla, Kylie, Sophia, and Talie)
They did arm painting, jump house, songs, games, and a party.  (Chase loved riding the tricycle around.  Once he found it he didn't stop until we left.)

We stayed until the very end.  I got a little chocked up as we were leaving.  I know that Isabella is going to miss her extraordinary teachers and it made me a little sad.  I am just glad that we will be able to see them when Chase goes there.

You have to check out her first day of pre-school and compare the pictures.  She has grown up so much.  Click on the link to see them: Isabella's 1st day

Isabella's Wonderful Teachers..

Isabella had some amazing teachers at pre-school.  These pictures were taken on Isabella's last day of pre-school.   We were so sad to say good-bye but Chase will have them in September 2009.  =)

Miss Bonnie (Yellow Room)
Miss Elena (Yellow Room)

Pre-School Program..

Isabella's Spring program at school was so cute.  We were asked to come early so that Isabella could show us her favorite things to do.  She wanted to show Daddy and they were so cute working on things together.  I'm sure she loved every moment of it because she doesn't get to spend as much time with Daddy as she does Mommy because he's always at work.  We also got to walk around and check out all the work on the walls.  This one is my favorite.  One of her field trips that we went on was to a dairy farm.  It was by far the best field trip that Isabella took all year.  What she remembers most about the field trip is that we got to watch them milk the cows.  This is her rendition of that.  Then the kids put on a performance for all the parents.  They showed us fine motor skills they learned, songs, and skits.  Isabella was in a cute skit where she was a money whole stole hats.  It was too cute!  =)

50th Wedding Anniversary Party

On May 17th we celebrated Danny's parents 50th Wedding Anniversary with a 50's party.  Here are a few of the pictures from the party.

The first pictures of Isabella and Serenity is the best picture they have ever taken.  I LOVE it!!

Second, a picture of the cake that Darlene and Vola created.

Third, Vola and Les getting ready to cut the cake

Last but not least, Isabella and Garin (her bf).  Lately she keeps telling me that she is too young to have a boy friend and that she will when she gets older.  I wonder who's been brain washing her.  =)  Whatever works.

Out of all my pictures I do not have one good picture of Chase.  That is why you don't see him but he was at the party.

(I tried a new action that I have for photoshop on the pictures.  I love the retro/50's look that it gave it.)
