T.V. this week...

So, I think that I have watched more T.V this week than I have the whole year! =) Seriously! There have been some really good shows on this week. I'm not really a T.V watcher. What the problem is is that I don't have DVR and I'm not home that often so I miss all of the shows but I have been home this week for all the good shows! =)

The first show I watched was: CHUCK
It was so good....suspense, comedy, and chick flick all in one. I think he is so cute, by the way. I seem to like the "goofy" guys! =)

Next was: K-VILLEK-Ville was good too. It is a cop show. If you like that.

Then: JOURNEYMAN

This is a show that you really have to watch and keep up with because the poor guy is in a different place and time constantly!!! It was EXCELLENT!!!

All three of these shows came on on Monday night. It was a good T.V. watching night on Monday night!

On Tuesday I watched my favorite show: HOUSE
I have watched house since it started in 2004 and have loved every minute of it. I love House's dry humor! He somewhat reminds me of Dr. Scott, my OBGYN. =) Gotta love Dr. Scott!! Ever since Alias stopped House has been my #1 show! I'm a little disappointed that all the major actors from the show are gone...we'll see where they go with that one.

Wednesday I watched: BIONIC WOMAN

I am really excited about this show because I love shows where a woman kicks butt!!! There is nothing better than that. I think that is why I love Alias so much...I am hoping this show will fill my Alias void!

Thursday night was the one hour special of: THE OFFICE
Okay, there is a long story behind me watching this show. I was a true hater of this show. Then my niece Britney got my mom hooked on it, who then go me hooked on it. I don't usually enjoy these shows but once I was shown how he is EXACTLY like my brother, who wouldn't love it! =) It is actually really funny because my brother acts just like him. There was a scene tonight that was just like an experience I had with my brother just last weekend. I think that they call my brother and he tells them stories of his life and then they put it into each episode! So, I think I am officially an office fan...thanks Britney!

So, now I really need a DVR because I am never going to be able to watch all these great shows EVERY week so I think I might be calling Direct T.V. sometime next week to get it all set up! =)

Football Shirts...

We always talk that we need to have football t-shirts for Dylan's games but we never get around to it so I decided to design a t-shirt tonight. =) (After driving 7-8 hours home from Palm Springs.)

2 years in the waiting...

Ever since Isabella has had her big girl bed I have been looking for bedding for it that matches her room. I was going to change her room and then deceided that I put a lot of work in there and that I really love it! The bedding that I loved was always way to expensive. I finally found 3 different types of bedding that I like and I showed them all to Isabella and this is the one that she picked out! She couldn't have picked out a better bed set to match her room. It is perfect!

A big thanks to my MOM (Grandma Hockey) for purchasing it for her. She told me that she loves it and that shde is going to give you a big hug and kiss next time she sees you. Which will be in 1 more day! =)

Thank you also to Terry's mom for buying it for me with an extra discount.

Our BIG BOY is in gymnastics...

Chase started gymnastics last Tuesday. I wasn't able to get any pictures because I was too nervous as to how he was going to be. I was nervous for nothing! He was so good! He followed, waited his turn and enjoyed every minute of it. Yesterday was our second time and he did really good again. There was only one time that he wanted to go off and play and not stay with the group. I was able to capture a few pictures of him swinging, doing pull ups and patiently waiting his turn.

Am I an Entrepreneur?

Okay, I think I can finally call my self an entrepreneur. I'm always trying to think of ways to make some good money. Jason and I are lethal together because he thinks just like me. We might have something great in the works! Can't tell you until it happens but I think it is going to be a blast. I'll keep you updated. =)

Fun with a friend...

Today, Brenda and I deceided to go shopping while the girls were in school. I had so much fun hanging out with her. We went to Tracy outlets first then hit Taco Bell, yummm...then went to the mall for some "real" shopping! =) I am so glad to have such a fun friend. We need to hang out more often!!

Football season is here....

I am so excited to be able to go and watch my nephew, Dylan, play football for East Union (Manteca). Even Isabella and Chase are excited. Isabella I think is a little more excited because Garin, her crush, plays on the team too. Last night was the first game that I was able to attend (their 2nd game). They played Bear Creek High School in Stockton. EU won 43-19. It was a great game! Dylan and Garin both played awesome and Garin even got his first career touch down! Way to go Garin. This means that EU is now 2-0. They have an awesome team this year. Keep it up EU!!!

Last night was a special game for East Union because it has been 2 years since Matthew Zaragoza Van Gelderen died while playing football. He had an on-the-field head injury and died one week later from his injuries. He is still not forgotten because they had a moment of silence for him at the beginning of the game and both teams huddled in a circle at the end of the game while Matthew's father talked to them. Matthew suffered the injury while playing against Bear Creek High School. If you notice most of the players in the picture are holding up two fingers. Matthew's football number was number 2. They do this constantly in rememberance of him!

(Dylan is number 34 he is in the front of the picture on the right hand side.)

While Sissy is gone..

I try and do fun things with Chase while Isabella is at school so he and I have fun time together and so he stays awake until she gets home so that they can nap together.

Today we went shopping at the Tracy Mall because I had city dollars to spend at New York and Compnay and Tracy is the closest one. (Not for long...I just found out today that we are getting one in the old K-Mart shopping center on Pacific...Yahooooo...that totally made my day!) When I was finished I let him ride on the carousel. This was his first time on a carousel and he had a blast. He didn't want to get off!

Then we went and got a pretzel. He loves pretzels from the mall.

We had a lot of fun today! =)

Our little boy...

Well, Chase felt left out that he wasn't taking pictures too on Isabella's first day of school so I took some pictures of him.

Daddy made him feel like a big boy when we got home and gave him a little extra love.

He talks about "sissy" constantly. He wants to know where she is about 10 times while she's at school. I think he misses her alot! What a great brother he is. I'm in big trouble when she starts Kindergarden next year and she is gone everyday for even longer. He is really going to miss her then. At least this is somewhat preparing him! =)

Mommy on the other hand is excited for the time that Chase and I are able to spend together without Sissy. Chase and I have never had alone time like Isabella and I did for the first 22 months of her life...now it is Chase's turn. =) I do miss my little girl though! It is truely a bitter-sweet.

FIRST DAY...

I think Mommy was more nervous for this day than Isabella was. =) Isabella picked the outfit that she wanted to wear. She then told me that she wanted to go by herself. I was so excited that she was so independent but at the same time was very sad that my little girl is growing up.

We got there and she was so excited to see Makayla. They took some pictures together and then Makayla took her by the hand and led her to where she needed to go. What a great friend!

Then she walked right in...took her lunchpail to her cubby and just started playing. I told her bye and gave her a big hug! She loved being a big girl and being able to finally go to school.

And yes, you are reading it right on their sign...Snell's has been operating for over 100 years. This is their 101st year in operation. They must be doing somthing right! =)

Snell's Pre-school Open House...

Snell's Pre-school Family open house was a blast for Isabella and Chase. They had this the Friday before pre-school started for Isabella to meet her teacher, pick her cubby, play, and have fun! That is exactly what she did. As you can see she picked the Minnie Mouse cubby. (They didn't have an princess cubby's) She is SO SO excited to start pre-school. She even told me that she wanted to go by herself next time. What a BIG girl!!!

The Boys Birthday...

This year Heather and I deceided to do Chase and Landen's birthday together since they were born 3 days apart. We had a Construction themed birthday. It was a lot of fun! Our boys are getting so big! They look like toddlers now instead of babies. =(

Pismo Part 4....the fire truck...

This was, by far, the best part of the trip. We just happened to be there for a chance of a lifetime!! Danny was able to pick up a brand new fire truck that they had in Diablo for a class that he was teaching in Arroyo Grande on Tuesday night. So all of us were able to ride around in Arroyo Grande in this brand new fire truck. It was so much fun!!! It is funny how EVERYONE waves to fire trucks.

Then after our ride around we got to play with the fire hose. Isabella even played with it. Then Danny deceided to turn it on full blast. Yes, that is Jordan in all the water spray. He got hit with the fire hose at full blast. He's pretty tough! Then Isabella was able to get Jordan with the hose. She thought it was great.

Thanks so much Danny for such an awesome experience for all of us!!!!!

My new favorite....

The local secret in Oceano has to be Chacho's Mexican Food. You'd think at the beach that my favorite resturant would be a seafood resturant but oh no...it HAS to be Mexican. This was the smallest place I think I've ever eaten but was the best! WE LOVED IT. They have the best homemade tortillas! YUMMMMMMMM! My mouth is watering just thinking about it. So if you are ever in Pismo head on over to Oceano and eat here because it is the BEST! Thanks Danny and Deanna!!! =)

Pismo Part 3....the fire station

On Tuesday we woke up and Uncle Danny took us for a tour of his fire station. The kids had SO SO much fun. Even the bigger kids had fun sliding down the fireman pole. Uncle Danny slid down the pole for the first time with us. Ahhh, how special we are!
